This was excellent training. Very true to the description on the website.

I really appreciated that we focused on skills and techniques that are truly the building blocks of any further training that we may undertake. We didn’t just do a bunch of “cool stuff” that might feel impressive at the time, but not serve in “real world” situations or help us build our abilities in the future.

I experienced a measurable improvement in skill and confidence and essential tools to practice with on my own. Highly recommended.
