How can I return an item?
Your item must be in its original unused, unopened condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. Prior to any returns, you must contact OpSpec Training to request a refund. You will be provided instructions via email on where to send your product.
Items can not be returned if they are opened. These include DVD videos. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We do not charge a restocking fee, but we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If you purchase a clothing item and it is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color within 15 days. You must contact OpSpec Training to arrange for an exchange, but will have to pay return shipping.
Deposit Policy: A tuition deposit is due immediately upon registration. For most of our classes, the class balance is due 30 days prior to the first day of training. Some of our classes may have a specific payment schedule, and is noted in the class announcement.
